This milling machine is designed to deliver high material removal rates, and reduced part cycle times while holding increased positioning accuracy and repeatability. Its heavy box-way design results in maximum vibration dampening. The box ways are ground and hardened and utilize non-metallic liners that are virtually friction-free on all way and gibs surfaces to ensure vibration-free cutting for consistently closer tolerances. 10,000 RPM CAT 40, 220 FT/LBS of torque with rapid rates up to 900 IPM and a 40X20 work envelope.
