Product Features

The range of pneumatic modules for precise positioning and clamping FMZ allows pallets and/or big-sized parts to be rapidly changed. The range includes positioning devices completely ground in the version with or without the function of workpiece presence and cone cleaning, all accompanying standard clamping pins with M12 and M16 thread sizes.

The modules can be sold individually to be adjusted on tables, fastening brackets, or customers’ equipment. They can also be purchased with the FMZ plate range available in stock, with cubes of various dimensions designed in relation to your needs and with specific clamping and positioning solutions.

In addition to this wide range, the exclusive single pneumatic module FMZ can be used in the FAST MILL calibrated plate range either together with or alternatively to mechanical modules, with which it shares the height and the type of centering.

This solution allows workpieces and/or plates to be fixed even though their position does not make it easier for mechanical modules to be clamped, and in case a rapid change solution in non-fixed positions is needed.
